General Software Support Request

What Is It?

Whether you are experiencing issues with your device's operating system (Windows or Apple OSX), experiencing issues with web browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox), issues with scanner related software, use this service request service to request IT support for your ailing device.  This request should only be used to report issues with university supported software which is not related to Adobe Acrobat or Creative Cloud or with Microsoft Office 365 subjects as IT offers separate service request for both Adobe and Microsoft Office support.

Who is Eligible to Use It?

University faculty and staff.

How Do I Use It?

Use the "Request Assistance With Software" button at the top of this page to submit a ticket to the USI IT Service Desk team.
