Faculty and staff may request access to Adobe software licenses for applications including Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc. OR to purchase licenses not covered by USI's site licensing.

How Do I Use It?
Use the red Request Service button at the top of this page to submit a ticket to the USI IT Inventory Team.

Create a New Service Request
- Wait for IT Procurement to contact you with quote.
- Obtain Financial Manager Approval.
- Provide FOAP for license charge.
- Desktop/Service Desk Technician will contact you to schedule the installation.
Providing Financial Manager Approval and a FOAP during ticket creation will reduce turnaround time.
How Much Does It Cost?
Some licenses are covered by USI site licensing and are free to employees who request them. Other licenses are dependent on our vendors and the number that we can obtain at once. Procurement can give you specific pricing on anything not covered by site licensing. Just ask!
