Request BitLocker Recovery Key/BitLocker Message Every Restart, Shut Down or Update

What Is It?

Use this service if you are receiving a request for your BitLocker key every time you restart or shutdown your computer or you need a one time BitLocker Recovery Key to start your system. You will be contacted by a Service Desk team member to prove your identity before a recovery key can be sent.

Request the USI IT Service Desk to email you a BitLocker Recovery Key to unlock your computer.

Use the red Request BitLocker Key button at the top of this page to submit a ticket to the USI IT Service Desk.
