Personal Computer Support - Non University Owned Equipment

What Is It?

A service provided to assist in repairing personal computers and other IT related devices for USI faculty, staff and students.  This includes desktops, laptops, tablets as well as providing assistance for connecting to the university wireless network and related campus services using a mobile phone.  We can perform standard repairs, scanning, update assistance as well as other services but we do not order/purchase hardware for personally owned equipment.

Who is Eligible to Use It?

University faculty, staff and current enrolled students of USI.

How Do I Use It?

Use the "Request Help With Personal Tech" button at the top of this page to submit a ticket to the USI IT Service Desk team. 

How Much Does It Cost?

There is no fee associated with this service.
