Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) Reset

What Is It?

Multifactor Authentication (MFA) is an authentication mechanism used in addition to your username and password in order to verify your identity.  This added layer of security keeps your account and personal information safer and should be used whenever possible. However, if somehow your device is broken, got stolen or lost you won't be able to authenticate yourself. The IT Helpdesk would have to be contacted in order to do a MFA Reset.
