What Is It?
This service allows faculty and staff to request IT support for installing and setting up printers on campus. Our team can assist with a variety of tasks, including connecting the printer to the network, installing necessary drivers and software, and ensuring the printer is functioning correctly.

How Do I Use It?
Use the red Request Printer Installation Support button at the top of this page to submit a ticket to the USI Services team.
How Much Does It Cost?
There is no fee associated with the base setup of a new printer; however, in offices which need a new network data jack installed to allow for network based printing, service fees will apply.
