You have been notified that your USI account is ready, but you are having trouble accessing the account.
If you have received a notification or a letter that you were admitted to USI, your MyUSI account will typically be activated on the following day by 11 AM.

If a new student is having trouble activating their USI student account, a ticket can be submitted or they can contact the IT Service Desk at 812-465-1080 for assistance.
