What Is It?

You have been notified that your USI account is ready, but you are having trouble accessing the account.

If you have received a notification that your account has been activated, it may take up to 7 days for the activation process to complete.

How Do I Use It?

If a new student is having trouble activating their USI student account, a ticket can be submitted or they can contact the IT Helpdesk at 812-465-1080 for assistance.
