Did something move to Graymail that you would like in your inbox?

Would you like to move something from your inbox to Graymail?

Environment

Report As Not Graymail

  1. Inside of the Graymail folder, select the email you wish to move and click the Graymail banner and proceed to the webpage that opens.
  2. On this screen, simply click REPORT NOT AS GRAYMAIL at the bottom. Going forward this email will show up in your inbox.

 

Report As Graymail

  1. Any external banner can be selected to send mail to Graymail going forward, click External email.
  2. Proceed to the webpage that opens and select REPORT AS GRAYMAIL at the bottom. This message will now filter to the Graymail folder.
