Set Priority Contacts

Overview

When you change your status to "Do Not Disturb," all incoming calls and alerts are blocked. This applies to all your devices – including your desk phone. However, you can allow specific contacts to bypass do not disturb by making them priority contacts.

This article provides step-by-step instructions for making a contact a priority contact.

1. Click the ... by your profile picture then "Settings"

2. Click "Privacy"

3. Click "Manage priority access"

From here, you can enter the name/number of the user you want to make a priority contact.
