Overview
When you change your status to "Do Not Disturb," all incoming calls and alerts are blocked. This applies to all your devices – including your desk phone.
Incoming calls while you are on Do Not Disturb are automatically routed to voicemail or follow your call forwarding rules. You can allow specific contacts to bypass do not disturb (instructions for doing so can be found here: Article - Set Priority Contacts).
