Overview
This article provides step-by-step instructions for forwarding calls on Teams Phones connected via Ethernet to voicemail.
Steps
1. Select your profile picture.
2. Click "Settings".
3. Select "Calling".
4. Toggle "Call forwarding" to on
5. Ensure "Forward to" says voicemail. If so, calls should now forward to voicemail.
If not, Hit "Forward to" and complete step 6.
6. Select "Voicemail".
Additional Info
To turn off calls forwarding to voicemail, toggle "Call forwarding" to off.
