Set Calls to Forward to Voicemail

Overview

This article provides step-by-step instructions for configuring call forwarding on Teams Phones to voicemail. Calls will remain forwarded to voicemail until you manually disable call forwarding.

Environment

There are instructions below for:

• Yealink Desk Phone
• Teams Desktop App
• Teams Mobile App

Steps

Yealink Desk Phone

1. Select your profile picture.

2. Click  "Settings".

3. Select "Calling".

4. Toggle "Call forwarding" to on

5. Ensure "Forward to" says voicemail. If so, calls should now forward to voicemail.

If not, Hit "Forward to" and complete step 6.

6. Select "Voicemail".

Teams Desktop App

1. Click the ... by your profile picture then "Settings"

2. Click "Calls"

3. Toggle "Forward all calls" to on

4. For the "Choose how all your calls will be forwarded" selection, pick "Forward to voicemail"

Teams Mobile App

1. Inside of the Teams Mobile App, tap your profile picture in the top left corner

2. Tap "Settings"

3. Tap "Calling"

4. Toggle "Call forwarding" to on

5. Ensure "Forward to" is set to Voicemail
