Overview
Email addresses and domains in your Safe Senders List are never treated as junk mail. If you add email addresses and domains to the Safe Senders list, you'll always receive their messages in your inbox.
Environment
There are instructions below for the Outlook Application (Old Version), Outlook Application (New Version), and the web version of Outlook.
Steps
Outlook Application (Old Version)
1. Open the "Home" tab
2. Click "Junk" --> "Junk E-mail Options"
3. Click "Safe Senders" from the tab at the top
4. Click "Add"
5. Type in the email address of the person you want to add to your safe sender list (or a domain) and click "OK"
6. Click "Apply" at the bottom to apply any changes made to your safe senders list
7. Click "OK" to close out of the safe senders list
Outlook Application (New Version)
1. Click the settings gear in the top right
2. In the settings window, click "Mail" then "Junk email"
3. Scroll down until you see the Safe Senders and Domains section. Click "Add safe senders"
4. Type in the email address of the person you want to add to your safe sender list (or a domain). Click "OK" then "Save"
Outlook Web Version
1. Click the settings gear in the top right
2. In the settings window, click "Mail" then "Junk email"
3. Scroll down until you see the Safe Senders and Domains section. Click "Add"
4. Type in the email address of the person you want to add to your safe sender list (or a domain). Click Enter then "Save"
