How to request software licenses to access programs like Zoom Pro, SPSS etc.

Answer

  1. Create a New Service Request 
  2. Provide information on what the software is, who it is for
  3. Wait for IT Procurement to Contact You with Quote
  4. Obtain Financial Manager Approval  (if needed)
  5. Provide FOAP to for License Charge (if needed)
  6. Desktop/Help Desk Technician Will Contact You for Install

Additional Info

Providing Financial Manager Approval and a FOAP during ticket creation will reduce turnaround time.
