This article will guide you in troubleshooting your lack of audio while using an instructor station in a classroom.

Steps
First locate this icon in the lower right corner of the desktop near the clock and click on it once.
You will now see this box, when done correctly.
Notice in the box above, you see a speaker icon with a right facing arrow.. When you click on it you will see the box below. If you have multiple choices then the machine is on an incorrect audio output resulting in no audio. USB Audio Device, Epson PJ & HD Audio Driver are the popular ones that we use the most for audio.
Additional Info
If you still have no audio, an amplifier could be turned off on the desk. In order for us to troubleshoot the issue further, please submit a ticket using the Service Catalog or call the IT Service Desk at 812-464-(1080) if you have located the amplifier but are still unable to hear audio.
