Projector Not Showing or Showing Blue Screen

 

Introduction:

If the projector is not showing the computer screen, these are the steps before calling the AV OPS team for support:

 

Problem Description:

Projector not duplicating the instructor station screen

 

Solution:

1. Hold the windows key and press "P"

2. Select the "Duplicate" option from the drop down menu.

3. If the projector begins mirroring the computer monitor, then the issue is resolved.

4. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact the help desk for AV Support

 

Conclusion:

If these steps do not solve the problem, please contact the Service Desk at 812-465-1080 and ask for AV Support
