Removal of Outlook Account from Android Device

This article details a step-by-step method to remove an account from the Outlook app on any Android device.

Steps

  1. Open the Outlook App on Android
  2. Click on your account photo in the top left of the screen.
  3. Click on the Settings Gear Icon in the bottom left of the screen.
  4. Click on "Accounts" on the left side of the screen.
  5. Click on the Account you wish to remove.
  6. Scroll down on the screen, and click "Remove Account".

  7. On the dialog pop-up, click "Remove" to remove the account.
