How do I send a secured encrypted email?

Answer

1.) Create a new email.

2.) Add (secure) including the parentheses to the subject line.

3.) Add recipients, and draft the remaining subject line and body of the message.

4.) Add any needed attachments. 

5.) Send the email.  

The recipient will receive the secured encrypted email and be asked to provide either a one-time code or login to Outlook to read the email details.  

Additional Info

You can send your email safely by choosing to have the content encrypted. To do this, begin the subject line with (secure) including the parentheses. This will automatically encrypt any email sent through the USI mail server.
