Overview
This article provides step-by-step instructions for leaving a call queue you are a member of. Call queues help manage incoming calls by placing callers on hold until an available member of the call queue can assist them.
Environment
There are instructions below for:
Steps
1. Click your profile picture.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Calling.
4. Scroll down to the Call queues section. This will show the queue(s) you are a member of. From here, you can toggle the switch to opt in/out.
1. Click the ... by your profile picture then Settings.
2. Click Calls.
3. You will see the queue(s) you are a member of at the top. From here, you can select a queue and can toggle the switch to opt in/out.
