Place Calls on Hold

Overview

This article provides step-by-step instructions for placing calls on hold with Teams Phones.

Environment

• Yealink Desk Phone
• Teams Desktop App
• Teams Mobile App

Steps

Yealink Desk Phone

1. Click "Hold"

The call is now on hold

2. To retrieve a call on hold, click "Resume"

Teams Desktop App

1. On the navigation bar at the top, click "Hold"

The call is now on hold

2. To retrieve a call on hold, click "Resume" on the top of the navigation bar

Teams Mobile App

1. Click "Hold"

The call is now on hold

2. To retrieve a call on hold, click "Resume"
