Block Phone Number

Overview

This article provides step-by-step instructions for blocking a phone number on Teams.

Environment 

There are instructions below for:

• Yealink Desk Phone
• Teams Mobile App

Steps

Yealink Desk Phone

Block a Number

1. On the Teams Desktop App, select the "Calls" tab

2. Find the number you wish to block and click the three dots (...) beside it. Click "Block"

3. The number will now have "Blocked" next to it. To unblock it, click the three dots (...) beside it and click "Unblock"

Review Blocked Callers

1. Click the three dots in the top right corner and select "Settings"

2. Click "Privacy" then "Edit blocked contacts"

From here, you can review all your blocked numbers and unblock them if needed

Teams Mobile App

1. Inside of the Teams Mobile App, tap your profile picture in the top left corner

2. Tap "Settings"

3. Tap "Calling"

4. Scroll down and tap "Blocked numbers"

5. From here, you can add/review/remove blocked numbers.
