Block Phone Number with Teams Desktop App

Overview

This article provides step-by-step instructions for blocking a phone number on the Teams Desktop App.

Steps

Block a Number

1. On the Teams Desktop App, select the "Calls" tab

2. Find the number you wish to block and click the three dots (...) beside it. Click "Block"

3. The number will now have "Blocked" next to it. To unblock it, click the three dots (...) beside it and click "Unblock"

Review Blocked Callers

1. Click the three dots in the top right corner and select "Settings"

2. Click "Privacy" then "Edit blocked contacts"

From here, you can review all your blocked numbers and unblock them if needed
