Change Your Ringtone

Overview

This article provides step-by-step instructions for changing your ringtone on Teams Phones.

Environment

There are instructions below for: 

• Yealink Desk Phone
• Teams Desktop App
• Teams Mobile App

Steps

Yealink Desk Phone

1. Click your profile picture

2. Click "Settings"

3. Click "Calling"

4. Scroll down to the "Ringtones" section. From here, you can change the ringtone for different types of calls (Calls for you, forwarded calls, and delegated calls)

Teams Desktop App

1. Click the ... by your profile picture then "Settings"

2. Click "Calls". From here, you can change the ringtone for different types of calls (Calls for you, forwarded calls, and delegated calls)

Teams Mobile App

1. Inside of the Teams Mobile App, tap your profile picture in the top left corner

2. Tap "Settings"

3. Tap "Calling"

4. From here, you can change the ringtone for different types of calls (Calls for you, forwarded calls, and delegated calls)
