Configure/Change Your Voicemail Greeting

This article provides step-by-step instructions for configuring and changing your voicemail greeting on Teams Phones.

• Teams Mobile App

Steps

Yealink Desk Phone

1. Click your profile picture

2. Click "Settings"

3. Click "Calling"

4. Click "Change voicemail greetings"

Teams Desktop App

1. Click the ... by your profile picture then "Settings"

2. Click "Calls"

3. Click "Record a greeting"

You also have the option to type a text-to-speech greeting message

Teams Mobile App

1. Inside of the Teams Mobile App, tap your profile picture in the top left corner

2. Tap "Settings"

3. Tap "Calling"

4. Tap "Change voicemail greeting"
