Overview
This article provides step-by-step instructions for configuring and changing your voicemail greeting on Teams Phones connected via Ethernet.
Steps
1. Click your profile picture.
2. Click "Settings".
3. Click "Calling".
4. Click "Change voicemail greetings".
4. The calling app should open.
- To play and record your personal greeting, press 1.
- To play and record your greeting for when you are away, press 2.
Follow the audio instructions to create your greeting.
