Overview
This article provides step-by-step instructions for configuring call forwarding on Teams Phones connected via ethernet to a specific number or contact.
Steps
1. Click on your profile picture.
2. Select "Settings".
3. Click "Calling".
4. Toggle "Call forwarding" to on.
5. Select "Forward to".
6. Select "Contact or number".
7. Select the user to forward calls to by entering their phone number or searching by name.
Additional Info
To turn off call forwarding, toggle "Call forwarding" to off.
